Service engine light

I have a 2007 tiffin allegro 32ba/ workhorse w22 chassis/ 8.1 gas.
The code is 327/knock sensor low input. Ive had it cleared 3 times. I took in for service they checked sensor said it is working fine. Only issue found is doughnuts were bad at manifold/exhaust loose/replaced doughnuts. Ive tightened up looseness in exhaust. Code is back on after only 30 miles. Acceleration is fine/ engine is not idling rough. Full fresh tank of fuel. Any other suggestions?

Service Engine Light

Hello,
Doesn't the 8.1 ltr. GM have (2) knock sensors? Did they check/test both?

Yes. Checked both. Ok. We found my exhaust flanges bad at manifold - replaced both. Tail pipe loose towards back of coach. I am going to have to make new hanger brackets and or replace grommets for sure. Not sure how it got out of whack. Everything is snug and tight for now. Will be heading on a trip soon guess ill find out if fixed.

After replacing the donuts after 2nd failure l did this mod. $22 for parts from ACE including tail pipe hangers at the tailpipe ends. Been 3 years and not lost another donut and have a very smooth/quiet drive train.

Yes i need to do something like that. Do not like the setup tiffin has. Those pipes r a little heavy. So were u getting that service engine code. Do to the vibration of the exhaust?
