Servicecenter I must be lucky

Just returned from my local WH service center (25 miles) Gallo GMC in Vineland NJ. Getting oil change, lube, change out of Atica cluster, and brake fluid flush. Nothing is ever a problem with service center and they will always work us in to their schedule. They mentioned to me that there will be a brake caliper recall this fall and they would call me and let me know when it is initiated and parts are available. I told them that I read it may not happen till spring and they said as far as they know it's still this year. They couldn't be more helpful and always try to work around our travels.
Just wanted to let everyone know there are many excellent WH service centers , even on the mid Atlantic coast and they deserve some praise once in a while.

I'd bring them a box of donuts next time. Sounds like you have a keeper!

RV Service Reviews

Here's a good location to let folks know your experience with the Service Center.

This is the first place I go and it has always been reliable for me.

You can also rate a Workhorse Service Center on the Workhorse Web site.

Rating the Workhorse Service Center whether good or bad is important. Please do you part to make sure that your satisfaction as a customer is known by people that are in a position to do something about it.

Done Mike. Although no longer a GMC dealer my service center is a WH, Cat, Allison, Truck and RV service canter with hourly rates under $90 per hr. They again stated that as far as they have heard , replacement parts will be available around mid/late Nov, and they will call their customers when they have new calipers in stock for appointments. People tend to write about their bad experiences, I want to write about my good ones also.

George

From what we have been told it will not be until early next year at the very earliest that we will start to see the new calipers
