hi, Merry christmas to all, I have a 2005 w22 34f bounder and when the rig is standing still the chassis is hitting the spring bumper r/s not the left side ,has been weighted, well within limits is it a weak spring ?

Did you weigh both sides separately? Could the right side be heavier than the left side?
Workhorse told me that when the springs touch the rubber, you are at max weight.

My weight is about 7200 lbs and my springs don't touch the bumpers.
I am assuming that the bumpers we are referring to are the "Like Air" auxiliary springs?

Interesting,
I have 8000 GAWRF and my bumpers also are just resting on the spring surface. I too am at 7600 on the front axle

Here's the story :

Front springs : 1/2" - 1" compression of Like-Air auxillary at full GAWR.

Rear springs : No interference @ full GAWR but I have seen the rear auxillary kiss the spring fully loaded.

This is the design criteria but leaf springs have rather large tolerance regions due to the heat treating process. .25" on spring height is the standard but the springs are sorted to match prior to assembly.
