I noticed the other day that parts of the LED readout on the trans mode: Dr, 2,1,L, Avg MPG, outside temp, etc, are faded. Anyone had this happen?

They will run through a diagnostic proceedure to rule out grounds and if the IP needs to be replaced they will get that taken care of pretty quickly.

Best of luck and let me know if you need any help finding a service center.

Just went thru that about a month ago service center in Media Pa turned it over pretty fast and I'm back in business. Actia and Workhorse replaced it for free.

Thanks DriVer and KCE. Fortunately we have a WH service center close by. After we get back next week from helping move our son to Craig, Colorado, I'll have them check it out.
Gonna pull a UHaul 6x12 enclosed trailer behind the beast. That should be interesting to say the least.

Took the MH into a WH service center on Mon 9/10/07 and got it back Fri 9/10/2007 with a new speedo cluster. We're good to go.
Of course the tech accidentally unhooked several wires in the process and also had a blown fuse to the radio/dash fan motor but I caught that before I left the facility. :boy

As Driver said you can't contact Actia yourself, but I did take mine into a dealer with the odo mileage from a gasoline log entry (bought the week before). As soon as he got it in his hands he called a regional service center in NJ and they shipped a new one out that day and I picked it up the next afternoon.

I had to use a log entry for the odo mileage because the display had failed and you couldn't read it.

It was pretty easy to get out but there are some screws on the back of the panel that have to be removed and to get the slack I needed I had to unplug a couple of connectors.
