UFO ABS alarms and others too.

I want to thank Larry and Justin at Larry's auto clinic Workhorse Repair Center in Myrtle Beach for discovering what was causing my Brake alarm(s). Turns out to be caused by an old chassis battery, which I replaced a few weeks ago. Low voltage was the culprit behind all the trouble. The Toolbox alarms were inactive, old, and needed to be cleared. All present readings were correct. I thought I might need a new HCU pump, but only needing the alarm table cleared, what a relief that is.

I noticed you have a Cadillac SRX.

My daughter has one and didn't know they came without a spare tire/wheel.

She had a flat while on a trip and had to stay in a hotel for two days until a new wheel could be found as the wheel was destroyed.

So I thought I'd give you a heads up.

Still, a bit unnerving when the condition that caused the alarm gets fixed but the alarm keeps coming back until it is cleared. Some of the tele communication equipment I sold did the same thing, which worried my customers.

I have not had that one yet. I had a bunch of abs, actuator (the tanks) and a lot of others all caused by low voltage. I let the chassis battery get too old, until one day I could not start the coach, then I replaced it. The HCU runs off the battery not the alternator when the coach is running. I found that out this week.

Normally happens if I try to move the coach too quickly.
