UFO Chassis Thunk

I'm very much a newbie and have read lots and lots of pages posted by all the experts here as well as in the Forest River forums. However, in all the reading I've done nothing seems to address the large "thunk" noise the UFO chassis on my 2007 Forest River Georgetown 391 makes when it hits a bump. I've been under the chassis looking for the leaf spring spacers mentioned in earlier posts (don't have em). I don't see anything loose or fasteners missing. So, why the funny noise? I would love to have at least a direction to go...... I've learned the hard way that strange noises in your expensive assets are early warnings of checking account drainage.

Thanks

If you are asking about the noise in the front in basically told it's the bushings in the front leave springs.

Mentioned to local service center and was reassured it would work it's way out, they did offer to grease them, but also read where people had different solutions.
