Rexhall has been having serious financial problems for a couple years. They have lost most if not all of their dealers. Rexhall has had to implement selling the units directly from the factory to the public.

A few years ago they bought property in Indiana for a new Eastern plant and that also went belly up.

I think you'd have to call the factory for pricing. I suspect Rexhall may not make any 2008 model coaches. The model production year is now half over and to the best of my knowledge none have been sold or offered for sale.

The UFO will I believe provide both Rexhall and their customers a new and exciting option for them to enjoy. Rexhall has many loyal customers & Rex Club members and I'm sure some would take underage with your commentary. Your observations aren't anything that isn't already known. What I do see is a company pulling itself up by its bootstraps and competing in the market with an exciting new product. Time will tell however whether UFO is an answer. I believe it will make a difference

I also have observed that the initial interest that has been offered from our members is a pretty good indicator that Rexhall may just have something there.

I do believe that the Rexhall UFO is a 2008 model year product if it was built after July 1st.

You have to admit that Rexhall has come up with a gorgeous looking "UFO". However, their financial status does concern me and probably others. A very good friend of mine and a member of this forum recently traded in his 2007 model DP from NRV for two reasons, it had many repair issues and the other reason, he didn't want to own an orphan motor home, because things do not look well for the survival of NRV! Let's see, brake warning light on. Yhis is a brand new unit! I wouldn;t touch this with a 50ft pole until they address all the issues with the current brake problems. And drum brakes stopped my 100,000lb truck for a million miles without stranding me! I wish my chassis was a freightliner! Good Luck!
