UFO nogo. ABS issue

At the dealership where I work we have a 2008 Winnebago Destination on an R26 "UFO" platform. It has an ABS problem that we don't have the equipment to diagnose. It needs to go to someone else but we can't get it to go into gear. We drove it in but now no-go. Also, the rear 4-ways flash all the time and when you turn on the flashers, it also brings on the bu camera. We tried unhooking all batteries to reload the PCM but no help. Advice anyone?

I had that issue. Mechanic thought it was the Wabco HCU but that did not fix it. Turned out to be a corroded wiring harness. He worked with Wabco to diagnose it.

Do you have the Wabco diagnostic tool kit.
