WELCOME to iRV2.com
I can tell you that chassis is a 2007 model year R-26 "UFO". Currently I cannot "run" the Vin # thru the database at WCC because the server has been down for weeks now. However, I can tell you that both of the 2007 R-26 vins that I have downloaded previously do show 1 recall, namely 61101-C. It is to replace the rubber cap on the UNUSED side fuel fill into the tank. One of these vins was sold to Coachmen, and the other was sold to WBGO, which
probably means your chassis was ordered by WBGO with the same option.
I'm GUESSING that WBGO can confirm IF that chassis was recalled, but I don't think they will know if it was completed or not. Please let us know what you find out from them.
AFAIK, 61101-C was the only recall issued by WCC for the UFO models. They were definitely NOT included in the infamous "brake recall" you may have read about.
There was a TSB issued in May of 2010 as follows:
WORKHORSE CUSTOM CHASSIS SERVICE BULLETIN BULLETIN NO: 60901-CS May 3, 2010 BULLETIN TYPE: Customer Satisfaction
SUBJECT:
Electric Fan Clutch and Water Pump Replacement MODELS: All 2007 and 2008 Model Year UFO Chassis with 8.1L GM
Vortec Engine
It has been determined that the electronic fan clutch installed on the UFO chassis identified above may not disengage as intended and may result in excessive stress on the water pump shaft. Consequently, some or all of the following may occur:
- Water pump leak,
- Water pump shaft failure, and
- Engine overheating.
Workhorse Custom Chassis (Workhorse) is issuing this customer satisfaction notice authorizing the installation of a redesigned electronic fan clutch and water pump for the affected UFO chassis.
VEHICLES INVOLVED
All 2007 and 2008 model year UFO chassis equipped with the GM 8.1L Vortec engine.
Dealers must check the WOW system to verify that the vehicle is part of this customer satisfaction field action and that the repair procedure was not previously performed.

SERVICE PROCEDURE
This procedure requires the replacement of the original electronic fan clutch and the water pump with a kit containing a redesigned fan clutch and a new replacement water pump. The water pump gasket must also be replaced. Detailed instructions are found in the REPAIR PROCEDURE section of this bulletin.
Again, I don't know if WBGO can confirm the status of this TSB either.
I believe you MAY be able to get better info from a WCC / Navistar ASC such as the guys at:
www.urvp.com Ask for Jon or Alan.
