I have a 06 Allegro Bay with a w22 chasis.
I have a vey slow coolant leak and only after the engine has cooled and the only a vey small amount. It appears that there is no lealage while the engine is running. After a recent 900 mile trip the coolant level loss as indicated on the filling container was hardly noticeable.
This MH has about 18,000 miles and just noticed the leaking at about 16,500 miles.
Your thoughts, comments would be appreciated.
Thanks

kcscout1, welcome to iRV2.
One thing I have learned about slow coolant leaks is that, even though they don't appear to be leaking when the engine is hot, they are actually are. The reason the leak isn't apparent when the engine is hot is the hot engine evaporates the coolant before it can be seen.
As Ed suggests, try the FIND button. I seem to remember other posts about coolant leaks. If I recall, some of them were simply loose hose clamps. You will have to remove the doghouse cover to get at some of these.

Check the drain plugs in the block. They are located just behind the front cylinders. We have seen where these can drip a trace amount of coolant and it could leave a small spot on your driveway.

I had a similar leak on my 2002 Mountain Aire. It was difficult to find and turned out to be a loose clamp on the hose running to the engine assist for the water heater.

I had the same problem. It turned out to be a threaded plug between the middle cylinders on the left hand side.

Check your heater valve. A common source for small antifreeze leaks. Most of them are plastic these days and are prone to cracking.

DriVer is correct. I had a small coolant leak and found the driver side head plug leaking. It had only been turned in loose. I tightened the plug and leak stooped.

Thank you for your reply's.
Our MH is at the service center and will know more next week. These comments will help to assess the mechanics diagnosis.

Same problem with my W24. Dealer has tightened clamps and put on new radiator cap. Slow antifreeze loss still exisits. I am going to try the drain plug suggestion. Driver, is the drain plug brass or steel? I found a large brass plug about an inch in diameter near the front drivers side of the engine.

Yep...my plug was leaking also, and I tightened it up...see a recent post by me on that subject.
