No I haven't but if you have a "Bad" experience there you do have recourse.

Go to workhorse.com / Motorhome /Service Center Locator. Find the service center and then you can record your feedback whether it's good or bad.

Believe me the execs in the service department are on this because they want to reward the good ones by possibly increasing their reimbursement rates and they also want to punish the bad ones by denying an increase and if there are too many complaints the center is decommissioned.

Your input is "Very" important and appreciated.

I haven't had a problem with them. A cousin who uses them tells me that they told him there have been zero complaints about the front shocks on any WH chassis sold by them. Just found that difficult to believe!
