Are you referring to the lugs that actually hold the wheels on, or the nuts that hold the wheel simulators to the wheels?
If it is for the wheel simulators you can probably contact the manufacturer for replacements. I had one missing when I got this motorhome and the dealer was able to find the correct replacement size at a local auto parts store.

I lost one of mine off my Bounder 32 on the W20 and had a hard time finding a replacement. I finally took one of the remaining ones off and started going to dealers in my area. I found an exact replacement at a dealer (La Mesa RV) when we started just comparing parts. They had the part listed as being for a Winnebago motorhome.
