Where to get Chevy Chassis warranty work completed

Hello, first time motor home owner. We purchased a 2023. (brand new) Coacheman Entourage. When picking up the rig from the dealer, noticed the fuel gauge did not register full. Dealership stated they don't fix, probably stuck float, just take it to local Chevy dealer to fix. Being new we bought their story. Now we live near San Antonio, TX and bought the rig near Houston, TX. Have been unable to locate a Chevy dealer who will fix. The problem has been narrowed down to possible fuel transfer issue. My question is does anyone actually know of a dealership that will fix the issue. We found a fantastic repair shop, Ironhorse, but they do not have access to the programming. Chevy doesn't share the info with outsiders. Thanks in advance.

Try a place like this https://www.vara.com/fleet-vehicle-services-san-antonio that serviced Chevrolet Commercial truck. On our previous Ford powered motorhome I had to take it to a Ford commercial truck center

Hi neub, Thank for your response, we tried Vara Chevrolet and they do not work on MH anymore. We have even gone as far as Austin to find someone to work on this rig. Barb

Try calling Crestview RV in Buda. They MAY agree to work on it, but might not accept your Chevy warranty, if there is one still in effect.

Otherwise, since the selling dealer is apparently useless, call the coach builder and ask for their help in finding a service center

Hi edgray, thanks for the reply. Will look into Crestview in Buda. Didn't find that one in our search. We are still under warranty, bought in 2024 2 years on Chevy chassis. I have been in contact with Forest River (manufacturer), and I must say they are pretty useless. I don't think I would ever recommend any of their products.
Again thanks for the suggestion.
Barb
