If you're not installing yourself, find a mechanic that has some experience, not someone who will do on the job training.
I bought Banks headers for my previous Trek, and a friend advised I would pay as much for the installation as the product itself - and he was correct. However, I was fortunate to find a mechanic working independently. He did a very good on a project that I just wasn't ready to tackle.

Also, looking at the Banks system parts in their ad it looks like the tail pipe doesn't go back far enough to clear my slide out. I think that can be figured out but I haven't found anyone willing to install it. I was hoping someone here would have an idea of where to get this done.
