Which Chassis Do I Have

Recently purchased a 2005 Itasca Sunrise 33V. Options installed says Workhorse 20,700#. Can anyone tell me is this is P or W chassis and the number for it.

Thanks

If your front suspension has a solid axle, it is a W chassis. If it has indepentend front suspension, it is a P chassis

That GVWR is for a W-20. The sixth digit of your chassis vin # will be a 6. You most likely have 19.5" tires. Let us know if you have any specific questions.

OSOK, here is a link to Workhorse chassis guide. Motor Home click on my Workhorse and register. You will then be able to open and download to file / cd, a PDF with almost everything you need to know about your chassis. I has saved me many times.

Congrats on the purchase of your Sunrise. We've enjoyed the same model you have now since 2005 and we are still very happy with our RV. We still think it gave us "a lot of bang for the buck" and were sad when the Sunrise lineup was discontinued.
