I had a previous post here complaining about the brakes on my 2003 P32 going to the floor and staying there. The also required extremely high pedal presure to stop. They lubricated the brake pedal cross shaft and that worked briefly. The brakes were really improved after that but it was only a temp solution.
DriVer said that they updated the brake pedal cross shaft in the 2004 model with one that had a zerk fitting so it could be greased. I told the dealer this. He checked it out and said the WH rep said that was only in the heavier W series chassis. I figured I was out of luck. The dealer acted ****** off and said this piece needed a zerk fitting and regular lubrication else the problem would return. Guess what? Workhorse authorized the dealer to chnage out the brake pedal cross shaft and install a zerk fitting in it! I never had to yell, scream or even call or contact WH. All covered under warranty.
The name of the dealer is Bush Autopalce in Willimington Ohio. They are not an RV dealer. They are a GM truck/car dealer.

I'd like to thank them both, Workhorse and Bush Autoplace for doing business like engineers and not lawyers.
