That 2003 W-22 had 3 recalls. According to the warranty repair records at WCC, the cluster and the cats were replaced 8/16/2005 @ 14,712 miles, and the cluster was replaced AGAIN 7/6/2006 @ 21,844 miles.
The Bosch Caliper recall, 51101-C, was done 11/18/2010 @ 34,001 miles.
There are no other recalls for that chassis.

2005 National RV Dolphin

Hello,

I have a 2005 Dolphin “Limited Edition”. Are you able to get more information on this Workhorse Chassis relating to recall and build specifics(build sheet)?
Wondering about the brake recall and any other recalls. Also wondering if there is any information about the “limited edition”. Differences between “standard”, “LX”, “Limited Edition”

VIN: 5B4MP67G353408877

Welcome to iRV2.com and the workhorse forum.

That is a 2002 W-22. The records at WCC show the "first" brake recall, which was issued to replace the pins the caliper slide on, was completed. However, the recall to finally replace the entire caliper, 51101-C, that was issued in late 2010 is still "open", which means NOT DONE.

If you want the "build sheet" showing this, send me an email so I can attach it to a reply. edgray1@gmail.com .

that is a 2004 W-22. I had 3 recalls, but only the "big one", the Bosch brake caliper replacement recall 51101-C, shows as completed. The warranty records at WCC indicate IT was done 4-29-2011 @ 13,916 miles.
If you want the "build sheet" showing this and other info, send me an email.
I have no info about the coach built by National RV.

Ralph: That vin # is for a 2001 P32 with 18,000 GVWR built on 1-31-2001 and sold to WBGO. Because it is a P32, there were NO recalls, and there is also no history of repairs made under warranty in the WCC database. It does have the infamous J71 AAPB system, and I suggest you learn all you can about that by visiting: AutoPark parking brake system help, troubleshooting, and repair

I will send the "build sheet" to the email address you provided.
