Workhorse front wheel bearings with oil-filled hubs

I understand the need to inspect and add oil if low. Other than when oil is contaminated with dirt or water, Is their a Workhorse maintenance schedule/requirement for draining and replacing the oil in the front wheel bearings ?
Didn't find anything in Workhorse manuals that came with my Rv.

"Lube Question" did not answer the inquiry

Other than when oil is contaminated, Is their a Workhorse maintenance schedule/requirement for draining and replacing the oil in the front wheel bearings ? Every 30 or 50K????

I don't think I have ever seen a mileage or time interval recommendation for changing the front bearing lubricant from Workhorse. My 2003 Workhorse chassis is nearing the 50k mark and has never had the lubricant for the front bearings changed. I have never had to add any lubricant, nor have the front bearings needed any adjustment for excessive play in them. Unless there is some kind on contamination of the synthetic oil that is used, I do not intend to change it.

Being that synthetic oil never changes in viscosity or lubricity the bearing should never wear. Like others have said, unless the oil has become contaminated or the level low, there is no need for any maintenance at all. This doesn’t mean you can forget about them, the oil level and clarity should be checked periodically.

The oil will most likely get replaced at the brake pad replacement service. Or, was replaced during recent caliper recall service (W20 W22)!

There isn't a maintenance requirement to change wheel bearing fluid other than during mechanical repairs.
