Has anyone come up with a aftermarket fuel filter for the newer model Workhorses, the kind with the extra fuel lines, or do we still have to go with their high priced one?

There was a thread that was developed here where some folks made up the special plumbing to integrate with the older filter.

I hope someone can find it for you OR you can use our "FIND" feature to search the board.

I've been looking for a long time and still have not found an aftermarket replacement. In Feb I bought a filter from La Mesa (I really do not like that bunch) in San Bernardino for $53. As often as you would change one, over 2 years for most, I don't think it is worth trying to "make your own" as another member has done. I admire his ability to be able to make one, but I think that ability is few and far between for the average rv'er.
