I have a set of stock springs from my 2002 P32 chassis coach sitting in a box about 10 feet from where I am sitting at the moment, if you would like me to post photos with some measurements, note the wide track front end spring was stiffer than the pre 2001 narrow track spring.

p.s. note the correct way to inflate the front air bags is with the front end already jacked up so the spring is already expanded when the air bag is inflated.

I didn't have the presence of mind to do detailed measurements on the new springs before I put them in but I have the ones I took out, and having "stock" to compare them to might be a useful data point.

For the basic spring parameter list we'd get:

Coil Diameter
Wire Diameter
Length
Turns
Pitch

Not sure we could discern much else without techniques to measure forces under compression.
