I was told that I could go to the Workhorse site and put in my VIN and it will tell me everything I ever wanted to know about my chassis, including shipped options. I have looked all over the Workhorse web site and can not find this feature. Is it really there.

Full-Timers,

I don't know about an on-line source, but when I went to my local Workhorse Service facility, he ran my VIN and printed out a list of the information I believe you mentioned.

I don't have it in front of me right now, but it included just about all the "chassis" info: engine & tranny stuff, brakes, axles...stuff I didn't think there was an option on.

Not sure if that's what you're asking about. It wasn't "pretty", just a concise, text based list...2 or 3 pages long if I remember correctly.

I was told that the information included the model and serial numbers of all components installed as well as options such as the 18" steering wheel, 22.5" wheels, Aluminum wheels and so on.
Just the model and serial numbers would be nice to keep on hand.

First of all you want to go to Click here --> Workhorse.com. Click on the Motorhome Icon on the top of the page.

Once you're in the motorhome section you will be presented with a series of tabs like this:

PRODUCTS DEALERS SERVICE "MY WORKHORSE" COMPANY INDUSTRY

Choose the "My Workhorse".

The site will ask you to register. You can use your iRV2.com screen name or any name and select a password. The next page will ask you about your motorhome. You should enter your "VIN Number" year, make, model & date of purchase.

Once your registered and you click on next, you will be shown everything that pertains to your motorhome including all the installed equipment.

There will be a series of choices that will be available to you. Under the My Workhorse you can edit your "About Me" information in case anything in there changes. The next selection is "About My Motorhome", this is where you will find all the information about your particular chassis. Not only will it show you all the installed equipment but you can see if there are any recalls concerning your chassis and you can see the campaigns that have been completed.

You can offer your own "My Workhorse Story" and you could receive a Workhorse hat if your article is selected.

You can see "My Orders" that you may have made with Workhorse parts and you can check out the item in "My Cart".

I'm sure that you will find this information useful and it's all right there in one place for you to look at.

Try it out!

DriVer, thanks for the info, however when trying to register and selecting Canada, it provides Provinces, but not postal codes. The registration programs insists on a US zip code.

I had a hard time finding out how to get back in also. At the top of the Motorhome page, click on Login.
