Als the date on the PCM is 1995.
It looks like the wrong PCM for your RV.
I can not see the part number on the PCM in the photo.

Yeah I see that, the tag reads F0TF-AZA and then below is U0J
the old and new PCM is F2PF-12A650-ANA and T2L0
How do I find the right PCM?

Autozone's tool loaner program includes Noid lights. No charge.
Pick them up and test before you try installing the injectors. If it's not the injectors you can save a lot of money.

Waiting to see what solves the problem
Could it be the injectors are all gummed up and need to be cleaned? He has 40 lbs of fuel pressure. I wonder if that is at the rails?

I will ask again:
Are you saying the CEL would not go out with the old PCM but does go out with the new one?
Also the F2PF-12A650-ANA PCM has been found in a 1992 & a 1993 F53 RV but neither was running and the program code on the PCM was wrong for the PCM.
The PCM was also used in 1992 Bronco and a 1992 F250.
It is a Federal emissions 7.5L MFI PCM.
Others have seemed to have used it in 1991-1993 F53 RVs.
So I see no reason why it would not operate the fuel injectors.

The CEL does go out with the new one, not the old one, installing the new PCM did not change anything at all, other then the motor seems to turn over faster then it used to. I'm in exactly the same position before I changed the PCM. There is literally no change. I'm also confused, so the PCM is the right one, or it is not?

By any chance have you seen a CALIBRATION number anywhere on the RV?
With a CALIBRATION number I can look up what the number was of the factory PCM.
I never have found one on my RV but was told the RV builder got the sticker in a bag was to stick it somewhere on the RV.
Example of a CALIBRATION number on my 1993 Ford truck:

I have a 1990 Southwind on an F53 chassis with a 460 7.5l I need to replace the fuel injectors in it. Has set for over 6 years and cranks but wont fire. It'll run using ether, so I'm pretty sure the injectors are gelled.
I however cannot find any info on replacing them, and wanted to know if any of you have any tips, tricks, or a diy on doing the job.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

I had the same problem.
It was the fuel pump.
Sadly it's probably in the tank like mine was and is a PITA to change.
IF your fuel gage is acting up you might as well change the sending unit at the same time.
Good luck.

I believe the correct PCM should be, F0TF-12A650-AZA, correct me if I'm wrong, it's based on this tag that came off the PCM housing
