Need a lot more information.
Does it crank?
Does it have fuel pressure?
Does it have spark?
Does the MIL light when the key is turned to the run position?
Do you hear the fuel pump run for one second each time the key is turned to the run position?
Do you hear any relay clicking when the key is turned to the run position?
Does the headlamps come on with the switch?

Well. If it ran before you replaced the fuel pump, then its probably something to do with the fuel pump,,

Why was the fuel pump replaced???

The MH has been sitting for 16 years, had been running fine before that. When It wouldn't start I assumed it needed a fuel pump

Do you have a loading Test light with an incandescent bulb (no LED)?
Need to know about the MIL (some call it a CEL) in the cluster.
Does it come on when the key is first turned on and then go out?

I take it you say you have a loading test light.
Check for power at the Inertia switch.
Power should be on the Inertia switch wires for one second each time the key is turned to the run position or all the time while the engine is cranking.

The switch is hard to get to, had to take it off the wall and disconnect the wire harness. To wires one pink and black the other green and yellow stripe. I grounded my test lamp and touched pink first Key on than off. Same with other no light.

You need to ground pin #6 of the self-test connector and turn on the key.
The check for power at the Inertia switch.
Power should be on as long as the key is in the run position with pin #6 grounded.
