From the ignition switch. Should be HOT IN START/RUN so make sure the ignition switch is in the proper position.

Underhood fuse 14 60Amp feeds the ignition switch. With the ignition switch in start or run feeds fuse 22.

So the problem may be in the ignition unit not the key lock . I went to local auto store and got the locksmart lock cylinder and the Duralast ignition switch. I need to find where the ignition switch is located I assum under the sterring column. I tried to get the key lock out but no luck tonight will try again Sunday

To remove the lock cylinder, disconnect the battery and turn the key to the run position. There is a small hole in the bottom of the column shroud, insert a long thin tool to poke the release pin and pull the cylinder out.

To replace the switch, remove four screws in the bottom of the shroud and remove to gain access. I would first check the two yellow wires going into the switch for 12v and the two red/green coming out.

the 2 yellow have 12 volts and red green get 12 volts with the turn of the key , so does that mean the problem with starting is somewhere else ?

Check to see if fuse F04 in the under-dash fuse box is HOT IN START/RUN (supposed to...)

I should also say that on the back of the fuse location 22 the wires are white.

If the two red/green have power coming out of the ignition switch it's not the switch.

In the 1st diagram above there is an "S206" which is a splice you can check. This splice runs to fuse F04 as PS89 said to check for power. I would follow the red/green as far as you can.

In the 2nd wiring diagram I circled "H", below that is "C140" which is a connector. The red/green wire runs through this connector. This connector per the manual states "below the floor, behind dash panel".

You could also inspect the underhood fuse box, I believe you can release the tabs and slide the box off of the steel tabs to see behind it.

I have the fuse pannel off to look behind that is why I stated the wire is white that feeds power to it . There is no way to follow the red/green wire it goes in a large bundle form the ignition switch to the fire wall

I must go back to how this all started . The Motorhome was running fine and all I was doing was parking it at home after changing a rear shock. I put it in reverse to turn around it went 2 feet and stopped and would not start back up. First mistake was jumping to the fuel pump was bad. Second was chasing the fues / relays function with a Moble RV tech and no drawings and his lack of knowledge. I think this should have been a simple fix and I'm just chasing a dog , it would have been so easy if a shop would take this on.

This link is to a similar situation as yours but on an older model year. Subford helped him out who is a member here. Your connector C140 is probably in the same area as in this thread with pictures, maybe it will help you out.
