After reviewing your picture again, it looks like you have the large battery wires swapped on the bottom solenoid. The right side should be chassis battery, and the left should be coach battery, because the top solenoid is the battery disconnect, and the left terminal of the bottom solenoid feeds the left terminal of the top solenoid, which then passes 12 VDC across the top solenoid to the right terminal, and then feeding power to the BCC.

HarryStone thank you again for taking the time to provide me the information that I clearly needed so as not to do any unwanted damage to the electrical system and in making the proper connections. May you see all the best that life has to offer!

Thanks Harry Stone. I just purchased the 000 635 from rvpartsexpress. I’m going to be sure to photograph the part on the RV prior to the dismantling. Think I’ll label the wires first also. The circuit board is buggered up on the back side and I don’t believe the top solenoid is functioning. So to be sure I’ll change it out. This thread was a big help. Again thanks.

I hope you had better luck with RV Parts Express getting the BCC than I have getting just the top solenoid. I ordered by it on the 14th and the tracking number only shows a lable was created, on the 14th. Meaning they had it in stock but never actually sent it. Called them this morning and of course the person I needed to speak to was unavailable and would have to call me back. Still waiting for that call.

I got the ordered BCC. It took one week and it’s installed. The fuse block is screen printed upside down I think. No instructions with my order for installation and operation. Called RVPartsExpress and like you got voicemail with a promise to return the phone call. Still waiting as the BCC lower solenoid keeping battery in parallel with voltage above and below 12.8 V. Then pull 5 amp fuse and I think it operates right. Confusing as the 5amp feeds the control board. Can’t find intelletec information anyplace.

and if you did connect in series/24vdc, then you may have SMOKED something? Can you give VOLTAGE READINGS on battery terminals for the TWO SOLENOIDS Top x2 and bottom x1 (buss bar)

What does this mean? Check your voltages. You should have coach battery voltage on the left lower solenoid (silver one) connection, and chassis battery voltage on the right lower solenoid (silver one) connection. The 5 volt fuse controls the silver solenoid, allowing it to close its contacts and allowing charging between the 2 batteries. https://www.mikerobotics.com/Intelli...5322119100.pdf

Harry Stone,
Thanks, the solenoid is mounted properly. The control board seems to be switching at 12.6 V and not the 12.8 V as in the miles robotics paperwork. We let the batteries get below 12.6VOLT and the solenoid opened and now closes with the override switch . We we’re overthinking it I guess.
