Sounds like its only one cylinder and there is no pattern to it, just seems to be completely random

The V-10 is notorious for bad coil packs. There is one for each cylinder and at $100 each can get spendy. 6 years ago I bought a 2000 HR. I went on a shakedown weekend and a good friend who is also a mechanic stopped me as I drove by. His trained ear heard a miss. Into his shop and sure enough, his $5,000 computer found 2 coil packs randomly missing.
He replaced those and threw a spare in the parts box. He also changed the plugs. They were not really bad, but apparently they tend to seize in the head. So he made sure they all came out fine and just went ahead and replaced them.
A random miss when idling is almost always ignition related.
Good for you at getting the fuel system cleaned up, but coil packs are next.
