Trying to find a replacement for one washer nozzle. Hit by a hail storm and broke the line connection. I've seem similar from AutoZone by Dorman but can't find the exact match.
If anyone knows this part number of manufacturer, please reply.

Might be best to reach out to Integra for an assist as anything wiper related that is installed forward of the firewall (motor, linkage, wiper arms,,,) is a house builder supplied and not a Ford part.

Thanks for the replies. I found a match to the original by looking at "images" on my search for washer nozzles. Its title was: 2pcs Front Windshield Washer Nozzles Jet Spray For 12mm Wiper Arm Van Trunk
Then, using that for a search, I found them available from Walmart and Amazon.
