2019 Winnebago cabin heat

My name is Don Wardle and my username is dwardle (original huh?).
I'm working on my third RV and haven't found anything that is maintenance free. My 2019 Winnebago Adventurer is a lemon in my opinion. Ok, one problem at a time...I have the Triton V10 F53 with 15,000 miles and the dash heater has stopped working entirely. Engine coolest and operating temp is normal. AC works beautifully. I have troubleshot the dash temp switch and it controls opening and closing the "water actuator" switch. It obeys my every command.
I dont know what to check next. Any suggestions

You verified it’s letting hot coolant into heater coil?

Welcome. You are describing a not uncommon problem with the F53. There is a control valve under the hood that allows engine temp coolant into the heater core. If that doesn't happen, you won't get hot air. On my rig, it's right beside the heater core. You will need to check the output hose from the valve. Once actuated to heat, you should be getting hot coolant thru the valve to the hose going to the heater core, and the hose coming out of the heater core.

Yes. The control valve works. I adjusted the temp control in the cabin and the water is re routed to its output hoses. The water coming from the valve never gets warm or even changes temperature though. I took the control valve apart to verify water was being turned on and redirected by the temp switch on the dash.

Known issue on that year wbgo f53. WBGO installed the control valve backwards.
