2020 F53 - Smacking Sound

Brand new rig - when driving at low/walking speed I can hear a rhythmic slapping sound coming from the front of the RV. Sounds like something stuck to a tire.
See attached images - any idea what that piece of paper/metal is inside the wheel, and should it be loose or removed?

Pull the wheel cover off and remove it. It can't be anything more than a sticker on the tire or some debris that doesn't belong.

If the wheel cover is touching the tire sidewall, it will make a sound as the tire spreads out at the bottom.
Happened to me after putting them on with a mallet.

Pry the wheel cover off a bit and see if the noise stops. If it does, you need to bend the outer flange out a bit, all the way around, do it doesn't contact the rubber sidewall.

From your picture, it looks like it is making contact.
