2021 Bay Star F53 Dash Air Malfunction

Has anyone had any trouble with the dash air on their Ford chassis working for the first hour and a half, then blowing only cool air for the rest of the trip? My 2021 Baystar has been in the Ford service center for two weeks and they can't find anything wrong. Frustrating.

Some are finding that the heater hoses are connected backwards. That causes the hot coolant to push past the water valve to the heater core when the engine speed increases.

The AC system cools great at idle but not while driving.

I think the problem came up with switching from the V10 to the V8.

The fix is to turn the electric water valve around. It is directional.
