I have been watching RVTrader for 2021's the few that are on the lot are still V10's. Many on order though with no pictures, I would imagine they will show up soon but who knows with everything going on right now.

I seriously doubt any 2021 chassis' with the new 7.3 will be seen before September-October under 2021 coaches!
A Newmar employee told me back in October, they had a prototype under wraps, & Newmar gas coaches would require some minor engineering modifications, prior to production.
Have not heard anything since.

Well with the auto plants now shut down we might not see the 7.3 in motorhomes till end of the year, so I guess it will be the 2021 models.

Would be nice to know how the 7.3 V8 will change the engine cover on a class C - more foot room I hope , since they claim engine is more narrow , being pushrod .

Interestingly, I read an announcement the other day that the 2021 Newmar Canyon Star has switched to a front engine diesel Freightliner chassis.

Exactly, I can’t wait to see what they do with that. The pics of the 2021 Cutaway interior show the same old doghouse. Hopefully the new one was just not ready for the photo shoot.

FWIW, the link I posted took you to the portion of the video just before the discussion on the Baystar with 7.3L, but here a link to the same video which goes straight to the Canyon Star FRED: https://youtu.be/dUiZVvg2zXo?t=325

And here is one from NIRVL https://youtu.be/287maaJ2Ipo?t=388

In the interim, I've seen a few more videos from other dealers doing their preview walkthroughs, but I've not seen a lot of focus on the driver/passenger area per se, since they still focus on the "beautiful" cabinetry and all the other subjective items that retailers are so infatuated with ;-) Seems to me that the only Newmar model that is coming close to a more contemporary look inside are the King Aires ☹

But, since this is a 7.3L thread, here is a link to the NIRV sneak peek video on the Bay Star 7.3. You can see that this video shows the optional accessory folding cup holder/table for the 7.3L dog house: https://youtu.be/287maaJ2Ipo?t=31

I have yet to see anything from Tiffin, etc. so if anyone sees something I would be interested to learn more. If I were switching to a gas coach, I think Tiffin is the only manufacturer that offers the LiquidSpring option as a "factory" option...

Hope this helps!
