96 F-53 PCM location

Call me blind. Where is the PCM generally located? Maybe I am overlooking what is right in front of me, but I can't seem to find it. Help!

If yours is like the one in my 97 F53 Winnebago, it will have a plastic cover over it.

I found out why I didn't see it before......it was carpeted over. Carpet actually was glued to it. And I got stuck under the dash! Holy cow. Wish I were a bit smaller than 6ft.3"- 250 lbs....
