Adding Brake Fluid

My brake master cylinder is hard to reach. The cap is 'up and behind' the 'hood' opening on my 2013 HR Vacationer.

Any ideas on how to easily reach and fill it ??

Get a blaster and a length of hose that fits the end of the blaster

This is what i now use. At $24 not cheap but it works very good. First time i flushed the brakes i spilled almost as much fluid as i got in. You can also use it to suck out old fluid. AT $12 a pint for motorcraft 5.1 from RockAuto thats expensive stuff to spill.

I put the fluid in a zip lock bag and cut the corner off.

I use a turkey baster with a piece of clear tubing fit over the tip with a zip tie so it won't come off. I can also see the fluid flowing and get it into the master cylinder.

I would be careful that the brake fluid doesn't attack the plastic in the various items that you're using to fill the master cylinder.

An interesting point. I've used a plastic baster for years with no failure so far. The same for the rubber suction end. One can buy a metal (probably aluminum) baster. So far no clear plastic tubing that I have used for brake bleeding has been effected.

Thanks all, my issue is that the master cylinder is higher than the 'hood' opening and is out of sight unless I do a nasty twist of the head and neck.

I guess it might take two to add fluid. One to work the baster and one to watch the fluid level. Maybe a mirror located strategically might also work as the second pair of eyes. There were/are many, many, many occasions when performing what some believe is a simple task is really not that simple. When you are alone you create and find ways.
