Relay 1 (Daytime Running Lampe On/Off Relay), and Relay 2 (Fuel Pump Relay) have the same part number on them. Swapped them, no change in status.
Quickly running out of troubleshooting steps. Strong suspicion it is the fuel pump, or minor suspicion it is the fuel manifold pressure regulator.
I would hope if towed to a shop they would quickly take a pressure reading.

I just remembered basis rules of troubleshooting always check the fuses first. RV fuses are listed in the owner guide.

It would probably be worth your time to investigate if there is an easy access to the pump. Usually a removable plate inside the rear of the vehicle. Makes for easy testing and replacement.

cycling the key rapidly will not always turn on the fuel pump, might need seconds between cycling the key, jumping the relay is better to check fuel flow.
most chain parts stores rent fuel pressure gauges, best to check it trouble guessing only gets you so far.

Check the rollover switch near passangers foot well.
If tripped, no power to fuel pump.

No, I haven't sprayed starting fluid into throttle body yet. It will occasionally get enough fuel to crank, and then idle for about 5 seconds before it dies off again.

I found where the fuel pump is located. Looking through an opening in the frame, the panel above fuel pump is very large, I mean very large. Looks like Tiffin didn't give any thought to providing access to the fuel pump, so I'm pretty sure the tank will need to be dropped.

I would strongly suggest you spray fuel in the throttle body. If that does not work , lt still does not run, I would check the catalytic converter. Ford uses a ceramic converter which can get hot in stop and go traffic. I have had one customer with the same chassis as you. His converter shattered and stopped up th exhaust. Let us know what you find.
