Yes, and if you go back and talk to some of those that have decided to fill the Potable Water Tank and then take a trip they will most likely tell you what a big difference the weight makes as far as ride comfort.
Now the other thing you must take into consideration is, how much "STUFF" you have loaded in the storage compartments and whee that "Stuff" is. You will be amazed at how much extra weight that "Stuff" adds. So I would recommend that you get your MH weighed with all the normal "Stuff" you carry on a trip and a full tank of fuel to check your weight.
Remember, weight distribution can make or break the ride quality along with tire air pressure.
