Chassis batteries

This is probably a silly question but does shore power keep chassis batteries charged as well as house ?

Depends on year/model/make. What do you have?

I would think that the, house battery charging system in your newer Newmar should be linked to charge the chassis battery, but you can check with a voltmeter.

Yes it should, our 2014 Canyon Star does and I think you have the same system. Both Chassis Battery and House batteries are charged by Shore Power, Generator, and the Engine alternator, when the engine is running.

I have a 2010 Canyon Star and it keeps all batteries topped off.
