Get a code reader for that thing. Its not OBDII but there is on board diagnostics. Under the hood IIRC. I had a 1994 plow truck and used OBD on it successfully.

Does it have crankshaft position sensor ? Look on bottom front eng.. just under harmonic balancer .. if not.. then run your own ground from module to neg on battery and try.. I would make up ground wire.. 16 or 18 gauge.. 2 alligator clips.. one at module base and one on neg at battery..

Sometimes.. your chassis disconnect switch can be bad.. it clicks but only makes partial contact.. so there are dozens of wires that go to that.. use cellphone with camera and flash and record all wires on chassis disconnect switch.. then one could use all safety precautions and run 12 gauge wire from chassis battery pos .. to chassis disconnect switch on the side where the wires are.. add 40amp inline fuse incase anything shorts..
So you are bypassing ... temporary... the chassis disconnect switch.. see if you get anything..

Has it ever run?
Good luck and let us know what you did and maybe better members then me will help you

Does the Inertia Switch also kill spark thru PCM when it shuts down the Fuel pump? Does Pump run x-seconds when IGN= ON?

If you had a chassis disconnect switch which was faulty the engine wouldn't crank over at all.
What you are calling a crankshaft sensor is actually the pick up coil. I have seen these go bad over the years.
In an earlier post you said you replaced the dis. I'll ask again, Did you mean the distributor in it's entirety?

Suspicion is you have further rodent wire damage that you have not yet found?
