Question E450 Backup Lights don't work.

Bought our 2004 Concord 235 SO 3 months ago and recently found that backup lights don't work. How do you get the lens off the light to check the bulb? These lights are about 4" round and recessed in the body. Any suggestions what the problem is. Also, we have a tow camera (?) that only works when not in reverse.
TIA

Some lights are set in rubber rings that you pry the whole light out of and replace it. The bulb is sealed inside.

Did you check the reverse lights with the engine running ?

Since both backup lights don't work and the camera doesn't work in reverse, they are probably related.

Perhaps a fuse or reverse light switch.

It's unlikely that both reverse light failed at the same time.

As Glenn said, check fuses, Ford has at least two fuse panels when it could be, one under the hood and one under the dash, hopefully someone will chime in with a better location or you may find it in the E450 owners manual.
If they are ok, the check the switch.
