We have a 2022 Coachman built on Ford E450 chassis. When making a sharp turn right & left the front wheels grab and there is a loud grinding noise. It's been at the Ford dealership for almost 3 weeks without a solution. They said they called in a Ford engineer, and I have reported the problem & lack of a solution to Ford and to Coachman. Anyone else having this problem and/or have a solution?

You must have patience and allow Ford to honor their warranty. I'd suspect this will take some time to obtain new parts and install.
Have you seen this Ford steering recall?

Some minor success - the technician from Ford has contacted my dealer and given them a series of additional tests to run and report back with findings. The dealer said it's a "unique" situation. This is a completely different problem than the recall that was posted about the power steering. Fingers crossed that we'll see a repair solution by next week.
