What does "Turning key is doing thing" mean? Tell us what happens when you turn the key. Does the starter engage and crank the engine? Does the dash light come on but the engine does not turn over?

Do the dash lights come on when the coach battery assist is used?

Mine didn't crank one time, I forgot to turn the "chassis" power switch time.
Another time the dash lit up but nothing happened. A loose battery cable connection.
Another time the dash lit up but nothing happened. Fiddled with the key a few more times and it cranked. I later found a faulty starter solenoid was to blame.
One time the battery was simply dead.
