First of all, you could contact Ford Motor Co. through the 800 service number, & give them the VIN# of your coach, & they should be able to provide you a "service history"! Due to all the "privacy" laws etc, you may have to jump through a couple of hoops proving ownership!
As a guess, it may have been to perform the service recall on low rear end lubricant; in order to get it delivered to you!
Second, Bremmen Ford is the local Dealer which services all of the F-53 chassis' which Newmar gets from Ford Motor Co. Though small, it is a great Dealership, which has performed Service work, chassis improvement installations, & L-O-F for me on my 2020 F-53 chassis.
Their "techs" are very knowledgeable about the F-53, and personally, I'd rather them do any type service work on my coach than the vast majority of the Ford Dealers nationwide.
