The Scangauge is said to work on 1996 and later cars and light trucks. My '97 Ford 460 is an OBDI unit. I wonder if Scangauge has an OBD1 compatible unit. It did't list one on their website. Eddie Elk.

OBD2 started in 96 however it was limited to cars and light trucks. Superduties like your F53 remained EEC IV and not OBD2. There may be something that plugs into the EEC IV connector under the dog house but monitoring would be limited if there is something.
