Failed Sway Bar Bushing

I'm new to the group and new to my 2022 Georgetown GT7 (32J7).
After less than 1,500 miles my drivers side rear sway bar bushing has come out. I've heard of this problem before on some of the new F53 chassis, but normally its the brackets failing or the bolts coming loose. On mine the brackets are intact and the bolts are tight - however the bushing has completely come out.
Have has anyone else had a similar problem on the new chassis and if so what was the remedy? I have reported it to Ford Customer Assistance Center and have it scheduled at a dealer, but trying to get armed with as much information on this as possible.

https://www.irv2.com/forums/f23/anot...em-550304.html and there is more.

The guy you want to talk to is skuterdude here or on e-Bay. Buy his bushings, find your replacement bolts, Locktite Blue on them, and drive away happy. Faster than dragging it to Ford while they do the song-and-dance.

I venture to say Tejay will be along soon to give you more info.

Interesting but doesn't look like he has any bushing for newer F53 chassis.

I've been looking and thinking of what forces are acting on things to push the bushing out of the bushing clamp. Really crazy the metal bracket is still in position but the bushing is gone.

We know if you hit a dip/bump with both tires the SB does not load up. The SB only twists/loads when one side hits a dip/bump.

Somebody with a new chassis needs to use a Go-Pro video camera to see what's happening. Actually FORD should be doing this but they never figured what was going on with the last chassis so don't hold your breath.

I believe Eric (The Dude) is working on a new bushing but not sure when he'll have it ready. Probably before Fords supply will be in stock.

We were in LA a few weeks ago and had planned on meeting but we missed connections.
