Find Mirror Fuses?

1998 Fleetwood Southwind Storm. 1997 F53 Chasis
I can't find Electric Mirror Fuse.

The heater switch and mirror adjustment terminals have no power.

I am aware of these fuse holders
-- Under the hood on the firewall & under the Power Distribution Box cover
-- Under the dash
-- Under the Fridge

Does anyone have ideas for how to locate it?
Or perhaps identify the fuses that have no labels?
Searching the Internet has fried my brain these last 7 days.

Have tested every fuse I could find. Under the fridge, under the hood in the Power Distribution Box, under the hood (the fuses on the firewall), & Under the dash. Had to remove the seat to get down on the floor and underneath the dash. ALL of these tested good.

So I moved my investigation to the wiring harness feeding the Switches.
The Mirror Heater switch has 12 volts. Great. There are NO connections between the heated mirror and the mirror adjustment switch. They are isolated.

The mirrors??? I can find no power on any of the mirror switches leads.
There are two connectors one Left and one Right feeding into the switches with 3 wires each.

Pics are under the dash on my belly... 12 volts for the heater... and switches connectors and wiring feeding the Mirror Switches.

Does anybody have a clue what I should do next?

Thanks if you do ;-)

And now when I removed the right side mirror to have a look... this video gave me the idea ( https://youtu.be/cAaMe2-yLZs?t=415 ) ... I discover that there is NO connector... the wiring just comes out the bottom of the mirror ... into the mounting arm .... and in through a tiny tiny hole in the side of the RV... No connector to detach the mirror and replace it ... if that is what I wanted to do. [Mod Edit]? Who designed that?
