Front Receiver Hitch for E450 Class C Tioga Montera

I would like to order and install this Curt hitch available from CARiD:


However, Curt has not tried it on a 2014 E450 only the 2013 E450

The CARiD item/SKU # is 1642171

Would anyone here know if there are any frame changes on the 2014 model from the 2013 model?

On a 2013 model it is a simple installation as it bolts to existing holes in the frame. Would this anformation be available from Ford?

I intend to use this receiver to carry a spare wheel & tire and to be able to launch a small boat at a ramp ensuring my rear wheels stay dry

I found out that Draw-Tite part # 65053 will solve my problem
