Could you include some more info about your problem, and coach.
Stalls at idle ? When coasting to a stop ? Any time at any speed?
Hard to re-start ?
List any attempted repairs for the problem or recent services ?
Spark plugs replaced ? Fuel filter ? Throttle body serviced ?
Miles on the coach ?
Does weather or outside temp, appear to be a factor?

Sounds like the fuel pump to me.
Had one go bad on Chevy pickup, it would just die and then after a minute or would start right back up.

I will be running around 60 mph on the highway, it doesnt spit or sputter, just dies. Makes no sense to me, the check engine light doesnt come on. I put it in neutral while coasting and have to turn the key to the off position then restart it with no problem till next time. Gonna replace the fuel pump, thanks for that.

The next time it dies. Crawl under the MH and smack the fuel tank with a rubber dead blow hammer a few times along the bottom. If it restarts then yes the fuel pump is defective. That's a sure way of knowing for certain.
The electric motor gets sluggish with age and just doesn't like to always spin. The hammer gets it to work again.

Try to do what Tejay suggested to try to eliminate the fuel pump as the problem. It could be the ignition switch itself that is the problem, it is located on the steering column under the dash. These switches sometimes get intermittent and cause the sudden shut-off while traveling. The fact that if you turn the key to off and then it starts could point to the switch. Their are quite a few Ford MHs that have this problem and is hard to troubleshoot.

Just because the engine light did not turn on doesn't mean there is not a code stored.

When the engine dies you lose power steering and power brake boost vacuum, depending where you are that could be a serious problem.

If it starts right back up while rolling down the highway, its more likely an electrical problem, possibly the ignition switch or relay.
If the fuel pump stopped, the red dash indicators ( oil, service engine, alt ) would come on when the engine stopped turning, just like when you first turn on the key.
Turn the key on, getting the dash warning lights on, and start shaking wires near the ignition switch, relay box and engine control connections. You may be able to re-create the loss in electrical power.

True, on mine it was a bad connector on the battery terminal, the + wire going to the dash, when it made default, it cut power to the dash and the engine and everything shutdowned.
