Need advice for repair shops in Alpine/El Cajon area

While leaving Baja the other day I heard a brake grinding on the rear axle, a pad failed and it's metal to metal.

Can anyone advise on where to get a brake job in the Lakeside/El Cajon/Santee/La Mesa vicinity? I have contacted two places but they are booked into mid July.

We are having a difficult time finding places to stay as well, most parks booked or closed. Currently we're parked in a casino lot, at least it's not 112 degrees as it was when we crossed into Calexico the other day!

I have had suspension work done (sway bars, rear track bar adjust, and 4 wheel alignment) at East Count Alignment & Brake on our 2019 18K F53.
I was very happy with the quality and price was reasonable.

Really, it's a different handling rig now. Went from scary to a big, tight handling, true tracking coach. I will take it back for Koni's in a few months and they would be my first choice for brakes. I would insist on OEM Ford pads though. Highly recommended.

East Count Alignment & Brake is a first class repair facility and highly respected in the San Diego area. They corrected a lean problem along with an alignment on my rig. Highly recommend.

I also have along time lean problem so I am having them address that as well.
We're feeling a lot better after getting this info and getting scheduled immediately.
