Park brake, not holding on incline.

How do I adjust the park brake, Ford chassis 2002 Itasca Class A.
Won't hold on a slight grade ( without the shift lever in park).

Park brake pedal goes almost all the way to the floor when depressed.

The rod end of the cable, going into the clevis of the drum, shows about
1 inch of threads.

Would I turn the clevis to draw up about 25 % of the threads showing on
the rod end?

Or look for an adjustment up above concerning the park brake pedal arm?

Thanks in advance.

The adjustment should be at the drum it self I would adj it there and test the pedal to see if it tighten up and holds higher off the floor

i adjusted my pb by turning the clevis. ims it only took a few turns, maybe 1/4''.
if your pb is similar to mine, you can check the thickness of the brake shoes using a mirror.
don't adjust it too tight or the brake shoes will wear out quickly.
i used my hwh jacks to lift the moho and jackstands to support the moho just in case. i chocked the front wheels securely before lifting the rear wheels. i only had to lift 1 rear axle side off the ground to be able to turn the driveshaft with the tranny in neutral to check the parking brake.
