Recommended Ford Engine chassis service in Knoxville TN

Hi - we’re looking at getting a 2015 Winnie Vista F53 V10 and I was looking for recommendations for good Ford Truck service providers in the Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Clinton area. We down sized from a Journey and all I ever had to do was head to Freightliner in Gaffney. They were awesome and I’ll miss that except for the drive :-)

Thanks
Ben

I know this is a slightly older message, but a quick search doesn't turn up a Park west Ford.

There is Ted Russell Ford which has a location on Parkside Drive. Is that the one that you were referring to?

We have a Thor Vegas that is supposed to show up some time from late July into September and since some people have had issues finding Ford dealers to work on RVs I wanted to be prepared in advance.

Of course you can use one of the truck repair services (non-Ford) to do the warranty repair if there are no nearby dealers that will work on RVs, but you have to pay for the repair and submit the claim to Ford to be reimbursed, so it would be easier to use a Ford service center in the first place.

Thanks,

I had a warranty item worked on at the Parkwest location of Ted Russell. Ours is a 2016 model, so it’s been a while. I also know they serviced the F53 based trolleys that Dollywood operates there too.

Thanks, I was thinking it was the Ted Russell location. Hopefully we won't need anything major, but good to know that at least when you had work done that they were still servicing RVs.
