Can’t get my hands on a Roadmaster RSSC steering stabilizer for Class C E350.
Camping world, Amazon, etrailer, eBay, ppl, etc...nothing.
Any ideas?

Have you tried getting a front end alignment and increasing the caster to +5 degrees first.
Increased caster provides the same return to center force that the springs in the Roadmaster do.

+caster
x2
Having too little positive caster creates a dead "do nothing" zone between left and right at highway speeds. Less then +5 is too little caster.

Go to Roadmaster's website .
Scroll to bottom of their page and click " resellers" .
It will take you to a map that shows all the dealers in the country .
Check your area , may be a small dealer that has one in stock.
I did the Caster alignment , which improved tracking , but the Roadmaster RSSC made a big difference in holding position when trucks pass , road ruts and side winds .
Definitely worth the effort.

Well I’ll be darned...I called camping world this am and they had 1 RSSC unit left. Received 5 yesterday.. I picked it up for $268.. Pretty good price.
As for caster and alignment, that’s a bunch of baloney it would provide the same level of stability. My unit is set to spec. already at my local Ford dealer that services large chassis/fleet.. They certainly don’t believe caster will reduce buffeting as much as the Roadmaster RSSC..

I added this steering assist and took the front tires to 55 PSI to my 2020 E350. All wander is gone. I also was oversteering. Making 1/8" corrections in the wheel is usually enough.

Any guesses as to how many people just added you to their Ignore list? 'Cause there isn't anything like someone asking for advice, people freely giving it, and then the advice requester telling them they're _______.
If you have never done so, look up the F-53 front end alignment spec tolerances. It's very wide on all parameters. Just because you're "set to spec" does not mean your alignment is the best for driving; just that it's acceptable for not having premature tire wear.
Mine too was within spec and yet the Ford Commercial Vehicle alignment tech adjusted it to where he said it will drive better for a motorhome, and it does. That tech does the front end alignments for all of the local motorhome dealers, hundreds of alignments every year. "Large chassis/fleet" operators just care about tire wear and maintenance costs, not how easy their rigs are to drive by their contract drivers.

Well, I hope you put me on ignore. I didnt ask for advice on a technical issue, I asked about the availability of a product. Not for an F53 chassis, rather an E350..
